Mentioned is operated by Albertini Consulting, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Mentioned you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Mentioned asks AI assistants the questions you give it, checks your website and your public listings, and reports what it finds. Assistants give different answers at different times, and they change without notice, so a report describes what we saw when it ran. It is information to help you decide what to do, not a promise of how any assistant, search engine or customer will behave.

You sign in with a code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Prices are shown before you pay, and Stripe processes the payment. The Full Report is a one-time purchase. Subscriptions, where offered, renew each month until you cancel, and cancelling stops future charges.

If a report doesn’t complete or something is wrong with it, email hello@mentioned.report and we will look into it.

Don’t use Mentioned to break the law, to overload or attack any website, or to get around our limits on free snapshots. We may suspend access that does.

You keep the rights to what you enter. Your reports are yours to use in your business, including sharing them with your team, your agency or your clients.

Mentioned is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Mentioned will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

If we change these terms we will update the date above, and email account holders about material changes. Questions go to hello@mentioned.report.
