About Mentioned

Mentioned is an AI visibility report. It asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the questions your customers ask, then shows whether your business is named, who is named instead, and what to fix.

Who built Mentioned?

Mentioned was built by Nick Albertini, its founder, a Field CTO in customer data and a former CTO at WPP.

My day job is helping large companies connect what they know about their customers across the systems they run, and my work at WPP was about the same thing from the marketing side. Both come down to one question: when someone goes looking, does the right company show up, described accurately? AI assistants have become one of the main places people look, and I built Mentioned to answer that question there.

Why does Mentioned exist?

Because a growing share of customers ask an assistant instead of searching, and most businesses have no idea what they are told.

When an assistant names three companies and moves on, the business that was left out never sees it happen. Nothing shows up in analytics. Mentioned gives any business the answer in plain English: whether assistants name you, who they name instead, and a fix list a non-technical owner can work through in an afternoon.
